This year Dubai is going out of its way to set a new trend by replacing the year end fireworks show with Laser Light show. Emaar is trying a Guinness World Record official attempt with Light up theme during the new years eve at Downtown Dubai. Hashtags being used.
Like every year, people try recalling how the whole year went by. Nowadays with Youtube and camera phones, people have hundreds of things that they can recall and summarize into one video, popularly known as Rewind. Even facebook and other social media platforms have jumped onto this concept, calling them stories (by making slideshows of photos for the year). Above is the official video of Youtube Rewind 2017. Le Gouffre is the first animated short film produced and directed by Lightning Boy Studio, a young creative team based in Montreal. The film tells the story of two spirited travelers who come across an incredibly wide chasm on their journey and decide to build a bridge to cross it. Released in February 2015, the project had first gained a lot of attention following the huge success of its Kickstarter campaign, which allowed the creators to finance the movie’s post-production. Many were impressed by the passion and determination of the small team of three animators, who spent more than two full years creating the 10-minute film.
As of now, Le Gouffre has been selected in more than 60 festivals around the world and won nine awards, four of them for “Best Animated Short”. For the complete list of selections and awards, please head over to the Awards page.
Lightning Boy Studio was born in 2012 out of a shared passion: to tell great stories. The three founders met in animation school in 2009 and have dreamed ever since to be able to work together on projects of their own. Le Gouffre was the result of their first collaboration.
GoPro brings us another set of amazing features and products with their latest release (28/09/2017). The other beautiful thing that comes out is FUSION. It captures immersive 360° videos in 5.2K to play back as VR. As the saying goes FUSION - Relive Reality. This will bring us a step closer to reality in VR. Experiencing adventures in VR is a whole new feel and closeness one can get.

The epic live action trailer in itself is great as we get to see some amazing footages (Middle Earth Universe) but to drop an interactive trailer so as we get the message of where the story is moving towards, is downright genius. Down below is the Teaser for the Shadow of War, Friend or Foe.
The live action trailer really sets the mood with the settings of Mordor and that too in the middle of the battlefield and leading a fight between the humans and the orcs. Released on 18/09/2017

This time the setting of the fight is with human leading an army of orcs (army of Orcs amass under the rule of man) against the orcs that are invading Mordor.
The interactive part of the trailer is the choices that one makes; as nothing will be forgotten. One needs to go through the choices in the trailer to know what choices will be available during the game. We get the choice of choosing our Nemesis.

The popular stealth video game series developed by IO Interactive widely available across Microsoft Windows and others platforms. Now comes the Live Action version of the game, when a set of Youtubers were given control of Agent 47 to play a particular mission. Realm Pictures, the ones responsible for creating the 'real life first person shooter' video which went viral was roped in by IO interactive to create a similar but broader & bigger experience. The most amazing thing about the Real Life Action controlling of character is the immersing into the game one gets & fully participating in it.
There is a lot of people who have created Hitman themed videos paying respect to the Game franchise. Its fun to see how people stay true to the stealth fighter and show a real life action depiction of the game. Agent 47 again taking on another mission.
Also German Prank TV - Nos Tera Fu TV pulled a HITMAN themed prank in the public. (I don't endorse it nor do I encourage a similar prank). Here is the video in which the reaction of the people in the nearby vicinity react to it.
