The Honda Accord - the Cog commercial which was released around a decade ago, marked an entry into Chain reaction / Domino effects performed in an advertisement. That also without special effects. (The concept shown is known as Rube Goldberg Machine - It is a contraption, invention, device or apparatus that is deliberately over-engineered or overdone to perform a very simply task in a very complicated fashion, usually including a chain reaction CLICK HERE). The whole idea of the Ad was to show the insides of the car to the viewers (Approximately 140 parts of the car can be seen in the advertisement). Check the video below.

The whole video was done without any special effects, but definitely a lot of hard work goes into making it. Get that information below. The concept took months and the shooting was done in 4 days with over 600 takes.

The whole recap of the above commercial came into my mind as 3M people took out a similar kind of commercial recently. So first thing that came into the mind was the Honda - the cog commercial.
