Decent commercial advertisement face-off

France brings us a commercial advertisement face-off which shows how creativity and decency is kept without verbal abuse of each other's products. Many can learn from this. Initially, McDonald put up an advertisement with signboards about the number of McDrive (Drive Thru) and distance closest to the signboard along with the signboard of Burger King Drive Thru which are limited due to late entry into the French market. Have a look at the advertisement below. CLICK HERE to see the below video is French.

Burger King's response to the video is very nicely put by continuing and giving a nice ending to it. The release of this advertisement took place 4 days since McDonald's McDrive Thru advertisement release.

Hyundai Motorsport 2016 Stop Motion Animation

Photo Courtesy to Hyundai Motorsports - thenewswheel.com
Hyundai has come up with a beautiful Stop Motion Animation of an i20 conquering the 2016 World Rally Championship. It is definitely a tedious work to make a Stop Motion Animation but the final results make it worth each of the 30 frames that take to make one second of the video.

Photo Courtesy to driven.nz - Monster Energy
What happens when a Mustang takes on a Lamborghini, that also at drifting. Vaughn Gittin Jr. in his 550 HP 5.0L V-8 Mustang RTR takes on Daigo Saito's 650 HP V-12 Drift Lamborghini at Niigata, Japan. Liberty Walk and Phat Five racing built the drift Lamborghini. This brings us to the Battledrift stage.

Today is in Back to the Future 2

Photo Courtesy to Back to the Future Movie
Today, is the day Marty McFly traveled to the future in 'Back to the Future 2' - 21st October 2015. The internet is going on about this subject. The important point is that what predictions (more like assumptions) of a particular futuristic date and what we would have accomplished during that time is the main concern. Its like when countries and government come up with 5 year plans or 2020 target or 2030  or even 2050. Do we accomplish our things that we sent our mind to. I feel it is more like New Year Resolutions - what we have achieved during the previous year and will that drive us to accomplish anything during the rest of the 365 days. Some of the interesting set of videos to look out for the above subject are shown below.

The above video by Fine Brothers on Youtube give us a feel about how the young generation imagine what it will be like in the future - Things we imagine about the future as against what is really in the future. Example, flying cars were to be a thing in 2015 in 'Back to the future 2', but we are still way away from having a commercially viable flying car. Another video is about the Time Paradox effect of Time travelling by 'How it Should Have Ended'

Scientists usually say that we can make things happen or make but creativity and ideas are of those of writers. Similarly, the movies give a lot of ideas and many try to make them into reality, be it hoverboards or adjusting jackets. Below is a video on the adjusting jackets created by Instructables

Lexus came up with the most realistic & believable hoverboard video. The only thing for that to happen is the whole mechanism is placed below the hoverboard track with super cooled - super conductors - super magnetism concept to make it happen. There are multiple videos - 'It's Here', 'The Ride', 'The Science' , 'The Story', 'Hoverpark', 'Evolution' and 'Testing'.

The online community is coming up with what things Back to the Future got right or not. One such video is below.

Toyota pays homage to the Back to the Future series by promoting its new Mirai Hydrogen Fuel Car in an advertisement which stars Michael J. Fox (Marty McFly) and Christopher Lloyd (Doc Brown). Toyota made couple of videos leading to the main video - The Science behind Fueled by the Future, Fueled by the Future: 15, Diner, Clocks, and Statler Toyota 2015. Instant Estimator / Evaluator

Getting your point across to make people understand your business is what advertisements are suppose to do. But when a business tries to get in touch with each individual customer, then it is something in the right direction. A used car dealer in Taiwan - Kagulu came up with moving advertising truck as a Price Scanner which made instant estimation of the vehicle one is driving. Give it a look, the advertisement is in Taiwanese, but keep the caption on to read the English subtitles.

The above advertisement is said to be inspired (having traces of) from the Audi - Instant Valuation Billboard advertisement. It is amazing to see the expressions on people faces when they feel the advertisement is directly connecting with them on an individual level.

First POV Action Movie - Hardcore

Photo Courtesy to Bitingelbows - First POV Action Movie Hardcore
We have played many games which are First Person Point of View (POV) like Counter Strike, Soldier of Fortune, Grand Theft Auto, Hitman and so many others. Ilya Naushuller is directing a First POV Action Movie and he has completed all the shooting. The movie currently is in Post-Production. For some post-production related stuff, they have turned to Crowd Funding site Indiegogo for assistance on the post-production. Below is the Video from the movie which is quiet interesting. CLICK HERE if the below embedded video is not working. (Disclaimer/Caution and Warning: The following video is using strong language and graphic scenes.)
The creators (Biting Elbows) had previously made a video a two years back, one can view that video for their First POV which was released as a music Video. CLICK HERE for Part 1 and CLICK HERE for part 2, if the below video is not working. (Disclaimer/Caution and Warning: The following video is using strong language and graphic scenes)
Part 1 - The Stampede (Official Music Video)
Part 2 - Bad MotherF****r (Official Music Video)
The Camera Rig the creators have come up for shooting the POV is amazing with the GoPro Hero cameras being used. It is definitely difficult to shoot the entire action movie with the GoPro cameras along with the camera rig which has resulted in a lot of GoPro' getting damaged. Below is the picture of the Camera Rig setup.

Fast Food Delivery by Lamborghini & Ferrari

Food Delivery has become one of the essentials for restaurants all around the world. Then the competition came into the fastest delivery possible. Even to the point where the fast food joints came up with the idea 'within 30 minutes or the food will be free'. Also free home delivery concepts have been floated around. The delivery vehicles used by the restaurants are either 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler. In most countries, a modified two wheeler are used for delivery. The modifications are by adding a storage compartment for safer delivery.

The Australian branch of the American fast food restaurant chain, McDonalds (in Melbourne) has taken delivery to a whole new level by introducing a Lamborghini and a Ferrari F430 Spider. The customer has to place a minimum order of 25 Australian Dollar ( approx. 17 Euros / 21 US Dollars / 6.5 Kuwaiti Dinar / 1350 Indian Rupee) and an additional delivery charge of 4.95 AUD ( approx 3.44 EUR / 4.35 USD / 1.25 KWD / 265 INR). The whole order should be placed over an online system.
