The Videos that interest me over the Internet, could be Viral videos or Animated or 'Something to learn from' or Just plain funny. Not meant to offend anybody.
Android has come up with a new advertisement which has really brought together that is different and also gave a nostalgic feeling to school life. It is worth watching and have a look at it.
This new advertisement for Cillit Bang makes the age old dancing while cleaning with the music being heard using earphones/headphones, a nostalgic touch of the 80s. Finally making a cleaning product interesting without destroying a competitors name is a nice welcome. Have a look at the video below (Cillit Bang - The Mechanic).
Today, is the day Marty McFly traveled to the future in 'Back to the Future 2' - 21st October 2015. The internet is going on about this subject. The important point is that what predictions (more like assumptions) of a particular futuristic date and what we would have accomplished during that time is the main concern. Its like when countries and government come up with 5 year plans or 2020 target or 2030 or even 2050. Do we accomplish our things that we sent our mind to. I feel it is more like New Year Resolutions - what we have achieved during the previous year and will that drive us to accomplish anything during the rest of the 365 days. Some of the interesting set of videos to look out for the above subject are shown below.
The above video by Fine Brothers on Youtube give us a feel about how the young generation imagine what it will be like in the future - Things we imagine about the future as against what is really in the future. Example, flying cars were to be a thing in 2015 in 'Back to the future 2', but we are still way away from having a commercially viable flying car. Another video is about the Time Paradox effect of Time travelling by 'How it Should Have Ended'
Scientists usually say that we can make things happen or make but creativity and ideas are of those of writers. Similarly, the movies give a lot of ideas and many try to make them into reality, be it hoverboards or adjusting jackets. Below is a video on the adjusting jackets created by Instructables.
Lexus came up with the most realistic & believable hoverboard video. The only thing for that to happen is the whole mechanism is placed below the hoverboard track with super cooled - super conductors - super magnetism concept to make it happen. There are multiple videos - 'It's Here', 'The Ride', 'The Science' , 'The Story', 'Hoverpark', 'Evolution' and 'Testing'.
Toyota pays homage to the Back to the Future series by promoting its new Mirai Hydrogen Fuel Car in an advertisement which stars Michael J. Fox (Marty McFly) and Christopher Lloyd (Doc Brown). Toyota made couple of videos leading to the main video - The Science behind Fueled by the Future, Fueled by the Future: 15, Diner, Clocks, and Statler Toyota 2015. Details of the advertisement can be seen HERE.

Nostalgia is something this game brings back. Once you understand how this worked, the game gets you hooked trying to detect all the mines and then the time challenge. Ofcourse, then the size of the challenge. Starting with
Beginner : 10 mines (9 x 9 tile grid)
Intermediate : 40 mines (16 x 16 tile grid)
Advanced : 99 mines (16 x 30 tile grid)
There are more advance version available online and one such was solved and uploaded on Youtube. The game contained 1412 mines with a tile grid of 58 x 118 board. It took the user 59 mins 48 seconds to complete. The Time lapse video below is of 6:14 mins.
Then the question arises - What next? Looks like the people at Cinemassive are creative and also lovers of this game. They brought in something to make this more challenging. One of their impressive products are the Video Wall which contain an array of HD monitors or TV screens seemlessly connected to each other. They have gone and made a challenge of minesweeper which is epic due to its size, thus naming it the Minesweeper Super Challenge.
The Challenge video shown above is on 24 x HD video wall which was tested out by team that developed it and had a hard time doing so. Therefore the challenge has been put up. Read the conditions on their site. CLICK HERE (I will mention them below also)

In 2010 at Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) - New York, a retrospective of artist Marina Abramović performing 'The Artist is Present', sitting in the museum’s atrium and inviting the swelling crowds of viewers to sit directly opposite her, in silent dialogue. One of the people from the crowd who sat across her was someone she had not seen in 22 years. The sudden expression of the artist is worth watching. Reunions. They are such kind of moments that remind one of Nostalgia. Check my other post of when a Burglary suspect comes across a classmate from middle school who also turns out to be the Judge presiding over his case at Miami Bond court. CLICK HERE.

This gets me wondering, where we may meet people from our past and what will be those circumstances. I have seen quiet a few in my own life and also of people around me. Most of the opinion I came across is Nostalgia & some momentary self-evaluation of my life leading to that moment. Check my other post where an artist doing her retrospective at New York's Museum of Modern Arts comes across someone she had known 22 years earlier. The expression on the artist is worth watching.
